After spending more than a week watching Justified, I put in my personal all time favorite western. It will take me close to a week to watch Lonesome Dove which, I've probably seen at least a dozen times.

Have Red River ordered and should be here by end of week. Been a while since I've seen it.

What are ya'lls favorite Westerns?

It's been years since I've seen Pale Rider. I need to watch it again.

Mackenna's Gold is another I always liked.

Y'all have listed some great films. Yet to be mentioned are Firecreek and The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance.

Jeremiah Johnson, CLASSIC!

Watched the bonus on the Lonesome Dove disks. Said that mini-series was made in only 88 days. It actually began on the Rio Grande river and the end of it was shot on a random ranch. It was snowing and sleeting and the movie/wardrobe/cattle trucks got stuck so they asked a rancher if they could use his land.

Cool story bro kinda thing.
