When Kiffin was introduced? I couldn't really tell on TV. I didn't like one of the assistants had to pump his arms to ask people to stand. Kiffin should have got a standing ovation!!! That would have helped with recruiting. Did he get one?

Thank you tidwell ! Great to hear they all got a standing ovation. Maybe it will help a little with the 16 recruits present this weekend.

Too bad Pearl couldn't do a better job. Please don't get me wrong. I wouldn't have any one else in the country! But lately, we are shooting way too many stupid and contested shots and slacking on defense too much!

I think Pearl is doing a good job with this team. Winning 12 games so far without good guard play is impressive. The defensive play is getting better. It is not how you start, but how you finish. The true test of Pearl's coaching this year will be the next 12 games.

So, they shot 34% from the field. Memphis is a bad shooting team period! The commentators were talking about it all night! There is no reason we should have not contested the 3 pointer before half. Someone needs to get a hand in his face. There were to defenders there, Hopson and someone else. They got too many uncontested shots! They also drove baseline on us a few times.

Almost every shot we took was contested. Because our guys want to drive into the lane and put up a shot with three people on them! It was the difference in the game.

If, people aren't getting hands in the faces to contest shots or taking stupid shots. Pearl needs to set their rears on the bench. He isn't doing it!

Again, I don't want any other coach in the country. Pearl is a GREAT COACH!!! And yes, we lost three great guards. Which is going to affect our play. But, I don't want to see the other team shooting lots more uncontested shots than us!!!

I just think it's funny that you whine about defense for this game. When we had at least THREE times that they had a shot clock violation, and they shot 34% Sure, they can't shoot but still 35%. Defense is not why we lost this game.

First of all, I am not whinning. So, blow it out your rear dude. Wow, we held them to 9% below there average. Besides, I am not only talking about shooting percentages. UM had 8 layups!!!!!!! I guess that is good defense....NOT!!!!!!!
