| Majors taking shots all of the sudden? I just read on GVX about Majors taking another shot at Fulmer. Does anyone have the real scoop on what he is really talking about or what's going on? |

| I don't blame him. Besides, he's seeing the downward spiral that Phil is in and the easiest time to kick a man is when he is down.

yes, kind of makes u wonder.........Majors moves back to k-ville a few years ago, after Fulmer's 5-6 year I believe, seems Ole Johnny smelled blood in the water, now he's just licking his chops........like he's waiting for Fulmer to cave-in, so he can rip him apart all the way down the mountain, so to speak...........
The worse Fulmer does, the more trash Johnny will talk, just to rub it in Fulmer's face.........Plus, who knows what Ole Johnny's been drinking........... |

| Majors is just bitter. I don't agree with the way he was forced out, but I distinctly remember when he was ill and Fulmer took his place, UT was winning and winning well. As soon as Majors returned, they started losing again and that was the last straw.
Majors had a good run and 1982 Bama win through the 1986 Sugar Bowl was grand. But that was the high point of his UT coaching career. |

| The man earned the right to say how he feels about UT. He was let go the year after winning back to back SEC titles. Phil hasn't won the SEC in 10 years and he is still here. Doesn't seem to fair does it? |

Everyone is trying to get Majors to talk. He is really tired of talking about it. Even in the Finebaum interview, the hiring Fulmer mistake was reference to another media outlet that kept proding to get him to say something. In that interview, Majors tried to make a point that he just wanted to watch football, both games and practices.
It was interesting to hear Majors say that he has been asked to numerous practices/games at other schools, but ONLY at games at UT. |
