I am sick and tired of looking out into the crowd and seeing gray, white, and black. DO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE? This is big ORANGE country, not big wear-whatever-you-want country. It's my number one pet peeve as a Vol fan. An orange shirt is 10 bucks at the most. Guys, come on. Women, you look good in orange. We should tell everyone we see not in orange "get an orange shirt". If you know someone going to the game tell them to wear strictly orange. White shirts with a power T on them aren't fan-wear. Let's do this right. This is the one part of the game that we can actually control and we should get this right. Giant walls of pure orange... shivers and chills.

Wear a burlap sack if you want to. I don't care as long as you don't stand in the aisle on 3rd down.

And remember:
As soon as the ball is kicked to start the half, sit down.
Don't cheer too loud.
Don't boo either.
Buy plenty of concessions, it supports the school.
If you're older than 20, don't wear a jersey.
If you wear a jersey, don't let it be an away jersey.

Is a simple request to wear orange really up there with those?

I will hand out like 20 orange shirts if that's what it takes.

I'm just bustin' your chops man. I sport an orange shirt whenever I can make it to a game.

And pay these prices and pay no more.

Amen. Two years ago, this annoying guy in our section would stand out in the aisle on every third down like a linebacker waiting for the snap.

Is the color of the shirts the fans wear really going to make a difference? I mean if you are a Tennessee fan, and you're wearing Tennessee apparel, who cares.

Thats fine, but lets not be old farts. All 107K of us need to be nutty loud all day, and we need to stand on crucial plays.

For sure. In that same section, the guy behind us got onto me and my friend for standing and cheering because his wife didn't want to have to stand to see the game.

That is my biggest gripe people won't get loud and
when you do they give you the "stare"
We can help our team next saturday by being insane loud. Remember how loud it was against Cal in 06? It should be that way EVERY saturday.

Well, I wore my orange coaches' shirt for the Alabama game and we lost. I wore it again for the SEC Championship and we lost that. Then I wore a different orange shirt for the UCLA game and we...well, you know.

We're undefeated when I'm wearing my white coaches' shirt.
