Football A Berry Sweet Anecdote

So i was just talking online to a friend and i started to talk about UT football. She is pretty good when it comes to sports unlike the stereotypical female fan, so i decided to link her to a youtube video of Berry's pick 6 against tebow and the gators. This is the conversation that ensued.
Friend: WTF, why did they fast forward the clip?
me: what? what are u talking about?
Friend: the tape, it was fast forwarded
me: no.....it wasn't
Friend: he's that fast???
me: lol yeah

just thought it was hilarious yet really flattering to have one of our players being talked about like that haha.

I've said this before, but 40 times are SO overrated because it doesn't measure reaction time.

The thing that makes Berry (and other noticeably fast guys) LOOK so fast is their ability to accelerate. Their top-end speed is not really relevant since they only run 10-20 yards per "burst" most of the time.

Quickness and agility make fast guys look extremely fast. By the way, a 4.31 would be faster than Holliday from LSU (NCAA 100M Champion).

This is 4.3 speed. There is nobody in college football that runs this fast, PERIOD.

These are some of the fastest people in collegiate athletics. Notice a former vol, a current Clemson Tiger, and of course Holliday.

Holliday runs 4.3ish -- just to give some of you guys perspective.

Cheesy title, good story.

How sweet would it be to have your first collegiate career interception to be a 95 yard pick-6 against your arch rival and the eventual hiesman trophy winner?!
