IMO, our weakest position looks like LB, McCoy is McCoy but beside him, looks like trouble | We will be as good or better at the LB spot than we were last year. The biggest questionmark on this team is the defensive line, and it is not even close. |

Boldin, Williams, and Ayers all played well last year. And Brown has shown signs of improvement over spring. I think we'll be fine at the line. I know our secondary looks scary good |

Does anyone think Daryl Vereen will make any kind of impact whether its special team returns or coverage? I think he's plenty athletic to do either one. | Vereen is going to take time, and the best case scenario, IMO, is late this season he emerges as a definite backup - but possibly not until spring next year.
That being said, I think he can be a really good SEC player.

But you're right, the starting 4 will be better than last year.

| ViA, between Hughes, Nelson, and Thomas, who do expect will fill that 5th slot at DT?
Do you think Ayers or Brown could be moved inside on passing downs to provide some relief? |

2. Sure, but I hope not.

I was reading some after you mentioned it, man does it sound bad. It was described as "total joint destruction". Everything you ever wanted to know about David Holbert's knee*injury - Rocky Top Talk

Our offense is a big question mark. | I agree about D- backfield being tremendous and deep but I have questions about the LB's and DL.
The offense is a question mark in that we don't quite know what to expect from Clawson, but personnel-wise, I'd have to say we have a nice combination of proven achievers and tremendous potential.
Man, I can't wait until we get to see it on the field! |

| It makes me sick to see Austin Rogers still high on the depth chart.. he is not D-1 talent, plus WR might be one of our deepest positions so theres no reason to have a sorry receiver starting |

If there is so much depth at WR then why can none of them take his spot? Depth does not equal talent
