I think he will be a solid corner for the Vols and not to mention his return game on punts. I think this year he can be a game changer. Hopefully we will see him on the ballot for Pontiac Game Changing Performances.
overated: I don't think we have one player besides Eric Berry that gets a ton of hype, but he deserves the hype because of what he did last season as a freshman. So I dont think we really have one player that is overated.
most important player: By far is Chad Cunningham for the first 5 games. He has to help us change field position, and I think if he averages 38 yards or better we might be ok. There are just too many big important games early in the season w/o Colquitt who can change field postion from almost anywhere. Thats why I think he may determine early on what kind of season we have. | Good post.. |

| Overrated-
Dennis Rogan- He had a few nice returns last year and I'm sure he'll do all right this year, but some people are talking a bit too much about him as if he's done something overly special.
Brent Vinson- Similarly to Rogan, he showed an occasional flash in between busted plays. The best part about him is that he's obviously tough, but he can't cover himself if he had a blanket, let alone other wide receivers. D.Mo was known to blow a coverage or two also so hopefully they stay on the same page if Morley is behind him.
Underrated-
Ellix Wilson- He's going to make some big plays this year and will stand alongside McCoy to continue our streak of very productive linebackers.
Denarius Moore- He was doing great in practice and caught a few balls last year. He didn't do anything overly spectacular and was overshadowed a bit, but no one also said much about him. I think he'll get it together and might make more than a few plays by seasons end and solidify himself as a weapon. |

Dennis Rogan was a freakin' 3* RB, switched to CB, and made plays the whole time he was on the field. Brent Vinson switched from WR to CB and was also a freshman, not to mention he played with a bum shoulder the entire season. These two are definitely not overrated. |

I respect your opinion and was wondering where you were coming from. He's a year older, smarter, healthier, and has a year of experience. I think he'll be just fine. |

| I will give 2 underrated players
Arian Foster-Doesnt get the respect he deserves in the National media
Austin Rogers-Yes, he had some drops last year, but I didnt see hardly any other WR go over the middle. |

Let's see, Dennis Rogan completely changed our return game that was struggling, not only that, he was a tue freshman who made a position change and did very well. And Brent Vinson? Really? Vinson's name is lost in the talk about Morely and Berry. I guess you think that Rogan and Vinson are overated because they didnt accomplish what Eric Berry did as a freshman. You watch this year. Brent Vinson will be a 3rd Team All-SEC or better. That kid is tough, isnt afraid to hit, and played through a bum shoulder last season. And Dennis Rogan will take 2 punts to the house this year and end up being a huge contributor to the defensive backfield.
And Denarius Moore isn't underated by any means. We all saw him have a really good freshman season, I think he lacks the gamebreaking skills and break away speed after the catch but we know he will play a big part in the WR role this season. The was one of the most ass backwards posts I have read on here. |
