devils advocate...let's say Crompton throws 4 int's and goes 12-31 against the Gators in a meltdown. Both back up QB's come in and both are flat...your the QB coach it's the end of quarter 3 and we're down 31-19. What's your mindset on what to do?

I'd say try out the G-Gun.

There are a number of us who never assumed JC was a bust just because Cut was high on BJ. As far as our back-up goes, I guess we'll find out right before the season who works their way into that position. I just pray we won't need him much.

Well, what did we do last year in Florida when we were down 35-20 going into the 4th quarter?

My argument back then was you may as well put Crompton in there and let him get some valuable snaps. If Crompton is not producing, it will not hurt to get someone elese a few snaps and see what they can do.

I'm trying to talk myself into absorbing the pain of another defeat hoping it doesnt happen. I'm hoping to your post that our coaching staff learned from that defeat last year and would rather not repeat it. I'm hoping our players are hungry for victory.

Or that we are ahead so much that they get game experience.

Coleman is having trouble learning the offence. Nick Stephens has got a great touch on the football. Stephens throws the long ball great.

I did watch the game and I thought that Coleman outperformed Stephens...I might have had them confused....I didn't buy a program...
