| also, the whole "espn hates tennessee" thing is stupid. seriously, like an entire sports network is gonna team up and decide that they are going to pick on a certain team to rail on. give me a break. sure there are certain analysts that seem to say more negative than positive, but the same can be said with abc, cbs, or any other sports network.

| ESPN is ruled by regional and market bias. How many broadcasters that graduated from SEC schools have any association to ESPN? Look at a list of ESPN broadcasters- Blackledge-PSU, Corso-coached at IU, Herbie- as you know tOSU, even Desmond Howard for christ's sake. On top of that you have the huge markets in Southern Cal. and the national following for Notre Dame, and there just isn't that much room for a Southern school like UT.

Nonetheless, I still despise ESPN for cantering to big markets and refusing to go into any level of real analysis of college football or any other sport for that matter. ESPN doesn't hate UT, but I sure as hell hate ESPN sometimes.

| I wish USC would have been there instead of Ohio State... Also, you all must have forgotten how Herbstreit picked UT to win the SEC in 2006... He said we were going to bounce back, etc... I like Herbie quite a bit and love College Gameday | |
