Yes, the one on the sideline where he was spinning and juking and not holding onto the ball. |

He was slow and soft. I was shocked to hear that the vols has signed him because I thought he'd be more of a 1-AA or D-2 level player.

Yes, the one on the sideline where he was spinning and juking and not holding onto the ball. | If the only three categories are "hit", "still has potential", and "total whiff" ... I would grade Creer as a hit. The fact that he saw the field as a freshman says he was a hit. It doesn't mean that he will necessarily be an All-SEC back...just that this was a good choice as a recruit.

Oh wait, he did have a couple long runs against Southern Miss and Louisiana-Lafayette. He'll be good, but he wasn't anything special last year. |

| you guys are way off. Creer is a "hit". In the time he saw the field he produced. I can wait to see him get about 20 carries in one game.

I'd rate him closer to Willingham than I would Eric Berry, Dennis Rogan, and Gerald Jones. |

| obviously AF was the focus last year and will be again, but Creer showed me enough in his limited carries that I am predicting stardom.

Perhaps players should be required to actually perform consistently at a high level ON THE FIELD IN AN ACTUAL GAME before being labeled "A Hit". |

| Campbell and Maples are probably right about the same level right now in terms of predicting their future at WR. I think Maples did a bit more in th O&W game. Personally, I think Maples is faster and has better hands than Campbell. But at this point I dont know if either one of them will ever crack the WR rotation without a rash of injuries above them on the depth chart.
And the guy that wrote that said one more year and Berry will be a 1st round NFL draft pick. Is he Maurice Clarrett? You have to play three years. |
