| 1. Phil will stand on the sidelines and clap when UCLA scores its first touchdown.
2. Zero 5* linemen will sign with the Vols.
3. UTK will gain over 2,000 yards rushing, but will still give up more ypg on the ground than it gains.
4. B.J. Coleman will start at least two games.
5. The Vols will play 9 games in the state of Tennessee in 2008.*
* does not include O&W game

* does not include O&W game | not exactly bold predictions, esp #1. if BJ starts 2 games we're in serious trouble, if that happens then the liberty or music city may be a stretch.

But those are also facts not predictions from a fan. I mean why watch or care if it is a source of negativity in your life and isn't something to be enjoyed. |

I have given up on him, but that does not mean that I do not think the right coach can get things back on track. We are both hopeful for the future of the program. We just put our hope in different places. It never fails to amaze me that my deep and earnest desire for the Vols to get back to the days of SEC championships and at least being in the conversation when national titles are discussed is perceived as "negative" just becasue I think it is going to take a coaching change to get us there. |
