| O'Neal Gone Tennessee coach Phillip Fulmer announced Tuesday that wide receiver Kenny O’Neal is leaving the Vols. O’Neal appeared in 12 games last season for the Vols.
“Kenny O’Neal has decided to transfer and we wish him well,” Fulmer said in a statement.
A San Ramon, Calif., native who transferred from City College of San Francisco, O’Neal caught only two passes last year for 59 yards. Included was a 49-yard touchdown reception against Louisiana-Lafayette.

Let's see. This guy could play some as a true freshman for FSU. Yet, he can't beat out Austin Rogers, Josh Briscoe, or Lucas Taylor to start here or anyone else for that matter to play a significant back-up role. Go figure.

all he really did at FSU was return kicks. While he was at UT, did he return kickoffs at all? |
