Has Ramar been dismissed?

I've read that he may have been dismissed, unsure if this is true though.

It may be just BS, but still, I've heard from some people that Ramar is a little upset and may transfer. Now hearing this may make this a possible scenario. Either way, Daniel West can't do this on his own, we'll need Maize to commit if we want to do anything next season.

FWIW Jimmy Hyams said he talked to a UT assistant and Ramar has not been dismissed. He also said they have yet to offer Maze.

I've never understood the love for Ramar, and frankly would consider this a minor blessing of sorts were it to turn out true. If the Maze issue is something political or silly like attitude issues, I say bring him in at any cost---he would have to be an upgrade over Ramar.

Can you even comprehend that at times in the past 2 years certain people on this board were saying he was a great nba prospect? Oh my.

If we don't hear anything from the local news this evening to put this story to bed you can probably bet that it is accurate. At the very least it says it is not all grins and giggles in our bball program.

If this story has no basis in fact you can bet Pearl would put out a press release to squash it. It does not look good to incoming recruits and casts a negative light on your program.

It isn't a story, it was a self-described unconfirmed rumor that was on the web for all of 2 hours.

In todays media news travels fast. Anytime there is a story or rumor put out there people seek the answers. The questions will be asked and addressed.

there is no reason for Bruce Pearl to waste his time on stupid rumors. He needs to be scouting, recruiting, and preparing for next year.

If coaches spent time putting out press releases to clear up every false report or unconfirmed rumor about their players, they'd never get anything done.
