Seriously do you think Jonathan will be better?
I do. Just go ahead and post your opinions.

forget the names. it depends heavily upon the quality of play, focus, ability etc. of the other 21 starters and 10 or so backups who'll play a lot.

Jonathon Crompton will start before "ben" which i am assuming you mean B.J. Coleman. Crompton has shown us he can play, its just a matter of if he is ready to be a full-time starter. Lets all hope he is!

I don't think next year will have better QB play than that of a healthy Ainge. Maybe in 2009.

We really won't know, because we have a different OC and will possibly have different WR's starting(possibly). I doubt we see the same 3 step drop offense we had this year, so we really can't compare.

"I hate our last QB, the next QB will be better! Also, I'm gonna make up his name just like I made up that Ainge was terrible."

Year after we lose a senior pocket passer (who people unfairly said choked in big games), and replace him with a unproven mobile QB who has patiently waited his turn. Sound familiar?

And coming off a series of seasons in which our defense was perceived as having let the team down, particularly against Florida. Just like 10 years ago, there's the potential for the defense to put it all together and have a breakthrough season.

I don't see the same quality in the receivers and the depth at running back isn't nearly was it was going into '98, though. A lot depends on how the new offensive staff jells with the returning players. I think there's a lot of untapped talent there. I hope Clawson, Scott and Drayton are the guys to get it out of them.

I would feel much more confident in our D if we had a particular LB returning for his senior season.
