That made me laugh out loud.. Blunts and dubious is humorous to me, for some reason...

Hat: regarding your post in the other thread - are you insinuating that CBP knew about Crews' "character issues" when he was recruiting him, or that CBP takes an overly laissez-faire Les Miles approach to disciplining his players?
Bruce doesn't run an overly tight ship. I have no problem with that.

I think Bruce has made it clear that he'll give a player every opportunity to redeem himself, but he has his limits. The dismissed list now includes Hendrix, Passley, Wingate, Ramar and Duke. The '06-'07 team would have been better with Major's defense and the added post depth his presence would have provided. The '08-'09 team will be hamstrung by being forced to start either a true freshman point guard or, god help us, J.P. Prince. (I'm not even going to consider the Bobby Maze scenario just yet.) I firmly believe that a rotation of Ramar, Crews, Chism, Hopson, Tyler, Prince, Tatum, Williams, West and Tabb would have been good enough to make a legit Final Four run.

Point being, in terms of B.S. tolerance, CBP is not Bobby Knight, but he's not Jerry Green either. Or Phil Fulmer, for that matter.

Here is something I have heard recently. Again, not saying that this is true or not, it is just that when the subject of Duke Crews came up in a conversation with a client on Monday, the word GAMBLING came up.
Anyone else hear of this?
