Actually, MSU's defense hasn't been too bad in either category. Our offense just plain sucks. I know it's a joke as far as that stupid quote concerning UAB's offense, but the did got to OT with Florida State who has only lost 1 game and UAB was averaging over 21 points per game before they went to Starkville.

The South Carolina game's score is a bit deceptive. The last touchdown was made in the last minute of the game when MSU's defense actually thought spurrier was going to kneel to end the game. They were wrong and paid for it. State led that game for 3 quarters and really got beat the last quarter after a blocked punt and the loss of the only qb that was worth a damn (Riddle). You will not se much of Henig due to his sucktitude.
