| | VolNation's Grand Poobah | Erik Ainge has sore pinky Apparently this is breaking news. Fulmer is giving Ainge a couple of days off and even went on to say that he expected him to play but if not, Crompton would be ready to go. |

| Will Erik ever escape injury issues? If we are 28 to 1 to win the BCS, then Ainge should be 100 to 1 to start every game. |

| Yeah I think a jammed pinky is not really an issue. He will sit out of practice and be fine. I think they want to make sure he is healthy come game day. But, I am sure everyone is about to freak out anyway. |

| Fulmer made sure to say he hoped Ainge would play Saturday. That's bad news. I'm really worried. Seriously.

| If it weren't his throwing hand, it wouldn't matter.

| Even if Ainge (praying he can, and I think he will) can't play, I have plenty of faith in Crompton. |
