Lee Corso....hmmmm........just curious.....what makes him an authority on college football? I mean yes, he WAS a coach for stellar teams such as Maryland, Louisville, Northern Illinois, USFL (haha), and Indiana ......all "POWER HOUSES of the NATION" and nationally ranked teams.....or maybe they weren't (sarcasm)........anyway, what makes him so great??!?! His distaste for Tennessee (he resides in Florida - 125 miles from Gainesville) only shows his infinitesimal knowledge in the sport of college football....

Easier said.....he is an idiot.
Definition of Idiot: Someone who talks a lot about something he does not know a lot about......

ESPN.... and you hired him as an announcer?????

SOOOOO, when I hear that ESPN and Corso do not like the VOLS or this site....Does anyone really care what they think??????

He's just a Type A personality who is willing to act like an imbecile (by design) on national TV.

no. i care less and less what the talking heads at ESPN have to say. as much as i love the show, the bias some of the guys have is overwhelmingly ridiculous. KH, despite his love for the big 10, probably does the best job of keeping it somewhat objective.

basically, i simply don't care what they have to say, i'd really just assume they not discuss us at this point....and that's really not to be hateful....the Gameday show just isn't what it used to be...

I will tell what is worse than Corso, the stupid preseason college football picks they are doing with Mark May, Lou Holtz and that idiot bammer.

May and Holtz 95% of the time pick a different team then the bammer gets the tie breaking pick. They are going through every week of the season and keeping a fake poll. Stupidest most idiotic censor censor censor thing I have ever seen in my life. If they didnt have ESPNews I would not watch any of thier crap.

It's entertainment. Anyone who watches that show expecting serious insight from a man who makes his picks by wearing a mascot head deserves to be angry and disappointed.

No lie . . . That is the biggest waste of airtime ever. Holtz can't predict his next bowel movement much less a football game.

As long as they don't let Holtz go on for more than 2 minutes at a time we will all be OK. If not, better keep a towel handy to wipe your screen. Holtz is an idiot and their show is about as informative as The View.

I heard he tried that once, then he crapped all over Kirk Herbstreit when he metioned the words "Tweety Bird".

IDK about that one. Hat does a pretty good job as well. Its neck and neck between them IMHO.
Hat is in a category all to his own...:p like him or not, he does know what he's talking about in regards to bball and everything else is at the very least entertaining, unless your the poor victim of one of his rants....:eek:lol:

ESPN is generally stupid. :espn:

I can't go that far. There are some complete goofballs on that network, but I would probably break down in tears if I found out that the ESPN channels had been taken off my cable system.

Yeah, like we expected someone to beat Tiger. He is the most famous person on the planet.

Funny how golf sucks but Tiger is the most famous person.
i don't know, i'm just tired of Sports Center coming off like Entertainment Tonight or Extra. with every passing moment, ESPN is starting to feel like "E".

Hat is smart but the way he talks to people is just very disrespectful. If he talked to people like that in the real world, he would get a boot up the butt.
Actually, no. I speak to people in real life the same way I speak to them here, and get paid handsomely for it.

I knew there was no way Hat was going to be able to pass that one up.
