With the above being true and the recent success of Pearl, is football now less important? |

| So maybe a shooting is a bit much, that being said its not that much of a stretch. This is still football country and hopefully always will be. CBP has done a great job in making our basketball team not only competitive but good. But it will take a decade of football ineptitude and a basketball title hanging in TBA to ever consider that men's basketball is moving ahead of football | |

| Why do people feel the need to compare the 2? Can't you just enjoy them for what they each bring to the univ? Maybe that's too much to ask of some... |

| I don't think it indicates that football is less important at all. I just think it points our how much of change is needed within our football program. Take that however you would like, but I think we all know what I mean. | |
