UCLA isn't as good of a school as Cal. That is a fact. There is a reason why a) cal has more applicants, b) cal is rated higher in every publication, and c) cal is harder to get into. Even the most delusional of bruin alumns realize this.

I dunno about that. Most people outside the state of California just accept that UCLA is practically impossible to get in to based solely on academic achievments if you live in the other states.

We used to have a live Bear as our mascot. He could kill people.

Keep qualifying your statements. We all know that you're bitter that Stanford is still better.

I'm not from Tennessee, I don't care. Living in Oregon affords me the opportunity to not have to live with a bunch of grads babble on about how Vanderbilt is on the same level as an Ivy League school.

Vandy is a good school. Cal is a better school. Tennessee is a great school. Cal is the greatest school.
