| Now, I realize I have become quite annoying, but I am a psyche major. I am trying to study the mindset of a Volunteer fan. It appears you are unwilling to even entertain the possibility of defeat. What I can gather from that is, should you lose (or rather when you lose) it will be devastating, no? |

I mean I'm a Business major and just want to know if you purchasing trends and demand for products were the same. I'm trying to see if their is a correlation between getting that ass whipped and the market. |

No, you are human beings. Human beings with a very interesting mindset. From birth you are conditioned to believe you are the best. So, I am keenly interested in knowing how you will react after a defeat to the worst team, (hands down) in the country, CAL. |

Football always has been and always will be a way of life in the South.

I felt terrible; my entire life was thrown into disarray. If we had won, it would have been huge. As it is we lost, and lost bad. I was unable to buy or even think of purchasing anything. |

| You think their is something wrong with a mindset of being the best? If you let failure slip into your mind failure is an option. |

So, that forms the basis of my question. In the past you lost to other SEC teams. This time you may lose to the Bears, a team many have no respect for. So I am curious how you will be able to recover (theoretically) if you lose to the Bears. |

Some fans will try to feel better by buying things to take their minds off their teams short commings. Even though the products bought aren't say a Cal hat and jersey but they spend more money. |

| Scratch that, I am pretty sure I know the answer. You will feel worthless if you lose to Cal, because Cal sucks! Man, they suck big time! The only teams that will suck worse than Cal, are the ones that lose to us. So, if you lose you may want to petition to join the ACC. |

Yeah that makes sense. Me personally, I didn't even want to talk or see anyone. |
