Truthfully, I don't expect a blowout, but at least a 10 point victory for UT

You must admit there is a HUGE difference between worse than last year and a 10 point victory. I wouldn't expect you to think Cal will beat you.

Tennessee will win handily. However, I never predicted we would begin this year's game with a 42-0 outburst.

If Tennessee loses to Cal, they will finish the regular season with no fewer than 4 losses.

Put it this way.

Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, Arkansas, LSU, and maybe Auburn too all have a better shot to win the SEC. If we can't beat you, what makes you think we could beat the first four teams who are all better than you, 3 of who are on our own side of the division. If we don't win in your hut, we have no chance at beating UF in Gainesiville a couple weeks later.

a) maybe we aren't as bad as you think we are

or

b) with you inexperience at certain positions maybe you improve considerably from the first game of the season to the 4th or 5th. edit: happens all the time btw. Besides last year when's the last top ranked opponent you have had in the first game of the season?
