I'll give you Arky and Tenn. Georgia? BYU? ND? Wake? BC? OSU (who we beat by 5 tds)? All these teams are better than Cal? | BC, Va Tech, UGA, BYU, and Notre Dame would have all had their way with Cal. Given the Hall of Fame Bowl result, I would have to like Penn State's chances. TCU would be a toss up. |

Quite a few I would say. | Oklahoma has been a dominant force in college football for the better part of a century. Cal has played moderately successful football for about 8 minutes. Comparing those two programs is like comparing the Artic Circle to an ice cube. Find me all these teams that have won a National Title within 4 years of a 3-8 season. Other than the 2000 Oklahoma team, I can't think of one. |

| Guys, OK, leave those indirect comparison alone, we will be head to head next season, we will see at that time.

Also, Air Force would have drilled you. Further, Kentucky would have worn you out. South Carolina would have cleaned your clock. |

I'll make sure to remind you of that come sept 3rd. It would be pretty embarising to lose to a team that couldn't win the conference usa. |

| The fact that we are even having this discussion shows that tedford is not overrated. He's also had 5 staight top-20 recruiting classes. A joke compared to you guys I know, but not bad for a 1-10 program. |
