Auburn looks slated for the Outback and the Peach Bowl bowl wants Georgia.

So UT goes to the Music City Bowl?

While Boise State is playing in a BCS bowl?

UT vs Penn State Outback Bowl

FL vs Wisconsin Capital One

Ark vs Notre Dame Sugar Bowl

LSU vs Nebraska Cotton Bowl

I hate the BCS more every year.

The SEC runner up isnt even projected into a BCS bowl anymore, but Wake Forest and Rutgers get into the Orange Bowl.

Boise State gets to play Texas in the Fiesta Bowl.

Why would a 2 loss Texas team get into a BCS over a 1 loss SEC at large. Those are just projections. The BCS computers could not generate such hapless intelligence.

Texas would be Big 12 champ. And exactly what 1 loss SEC at large team are you referring to?

Let's hope Georgia Tech beats them, making it a moot point. Our luck in the bowl selection process has not been good in recent years.

If Texas wins the Big12 game. KState knocked 'em around.

Right now there are two 1 loss SEC. UF, Ark. Either of which is subject to not be before they meet in the SECCG. At which point outside the winner of that game, no other SEC team will have less than 2 losses, and therefore will not get into a BCS. A 2 loss SEC team will not see any BCS, in any season. Maybe from another conference, but not the SEC.

My point exactly as far as the 1 loss SEC teams. The other guy thinks that there will be some magical 1-Loss SEC team that should be in the BCS. As for Texas, the website has them listed in the BCS. The only way that I see that happening is if they win the Big 12 championship, that is why I said that they will be Big 12 champs if they are in the BCS, earning an automatic bid not an at-large bid.

The SEC runner-up shoud get an automatic bid to the BCS. When teams like Boise State and Rutgers get BCS bowls and teams like UT end up in the Music City Bowl its time for the SEC to get some backbone and leave the BCS. The system before the BCS was much fairer then what they have implemented now.

I think I would rather go to the Cotton and catch a Oklahoma or Nebraska rather than an Iowa or Penn State. I hope that we at least play Penn St. in the Outback or Nebraska in the Cotton because we have some beef to settle with those two schools.
