Stop the WHINING!!!

I was at work today and was talking with my uncle about Saturday's game. For some reason he thinks we will "Get Killed" and is somewhat apprehensive to watch the game. Who could blame him though since our D sucks it up at times. I was also talking with a co-worker and he said that he is disappointed with our play as well.

The thing is ladies and gentlemen.....we a 8 POINTS away from being undefeated and being number 3 in the BCS if not number 2. So why is everyone whining about this season?? I have whined about it some also, but I shouldn't be.

Last year we didn't even get to a bowl game, but this year we are poised to make a run at a New Years Day bowl game. Will it happen?? Who knows. But I for one am VERY PLEASED with the turn-around this season and am tired of hearing the Whining going on with some of the fans I know and the ones I hear talking.

Other than our D, which is pretty rough around the edges right now, we have made HUGE strides from last year and we should see that not the fact that we can't stop a convent of midget nuns from running the ball of us.

So will we win Saturday, I SAY YES!!! We will ROAST the HOGS and have bacon and sausage Sunday for Breakfast. SO GO VOLS AND GREAT JOB THIS SEASON!!!

Young D. Young O. Coming off a disastrous season and playing that competitively. UT is headed in the right direction.

If they can figure out how to keep Cutcliffe and/or Taylor and have them committed before signing day, UT could start bringing in offensive talent to rival USC and Texas.

Arkansas' offense reminds me of Cal and Bama. Their two backs even run like Lynch and Forsett.

UT's defense has had more success against the kind of attack Arkansas brings than any other. The match ups look good even with UT's injuries.

This is what I am talking about. How can our players KNOW beyond a shadow of a doubt that we believe in them??? Because we are Optimistic and we have to show that to them, not say well you know you could be 4-5.

This is what I am talking about. How can our players KNOW beyond a shadow of a doubt that we believe in them??? Because we are Optimistic and we have to show that to them, not say well you know you could be 4-5.

Haha! Aren't you just the judge of all emotions! How dare us have a different outlook on sports, life, and everything else? GOSH I'm sorry.

Get of it man. I cheer just as hard for our team as you do, I hope for our team as much as you do, and I think we can win EVERY GAME!

However, you started a thread telling people how to act, how to think. And it was poor rationale to boot. If we're being realistic, we could be 9-0 if 7 points swung our way. However, we are also 6 points away from being 5-4.

And also, do you TRULY think the players even check out these many many forums and blogs? Even if by chance ONE player did, do you think someone saying "Ah man, we're not as good as advertised" is going to tick him off or make him sad? I doubt it.
