| Actually wasn't released, just decommitted. '“Really, I’m looking at everybody,” said Beasley, a 6-8 forward at Oak Hill Academy in Mouth of Wilson, Va. “I’ve got no favorite. I’ve opened my eyes, basically. I don’t want to be stuck on just one school.”
Beasley named numerous schools he will consider, including K-State and Charlotte. The others he is looking at are Connecticut, Duke, Florida, Georgetown, Syracuse, Tennessee and USC.'
It is great to finally see us listed on some big time prospects lists. http://www.kansascity.com/mld/kansas...s/14494715.htm |

What are your sources? It was an article in today's paper, quoting what Beasley said. If he has committed to Kansas State, why does he say he is wide open?
I actually think he'll wind up at Kansas State, but where does it say anywhere that he has already committed? |

I actually think he'll wind up at Kansas State, but where does it say anywhere that he has already committed? | The Cincinnati Enquirer and the Lawrence World Journal both had articles on the issue earlier this week. I get accused of name dropping on here on a regular basis. I'll simply say this, my source at K-State is fairly reliable. He used to be the head coach at Cincinnati. Beasley mentioning other schools is simply to deflect criticism of the perceived package deal with Dalonte Hill. |

| Hatvol, no offense, but I would think a sports writer in Kansas City would have just a few more sources than you in this situation.
Now, again, I think he will probably still end up at Kansas State, but until you can provide a source, I'll go with what I read in this article. |

He just outlined that Bob Huggins, HC of KSU basketball, has told him Beasley has committed. I'd take a HC's private word over a journalist everyday.
Now if you want to disbelieve he actually TALKS to Huggins, thats another argument.

And even if he does somehow know Huggins, I would hope he would be respectful enough to keep it a secret and not post it on a Tennessee message board. |

NBA ready now. 2) Given the plausable deniability the internet provides, coaches don't mind these things appearing here at all. 3) Huggs and I have been friends for quite some time. I don't call looking for information. It comes up in the course of conversation. Same as it is with me and Cal and Tim Floyd. 4) Walton if you dont believe me, pull up my posts and look for the last time I was wrong about anything I posted as coming out of any of those programs. |
