Get an OC that knows what he is doing.

Continue what we have done with Chavis.

Keep the strength and conditioning program.

We will succeed as we usually do.

The idiots wanting drastic change thankfully don't have a say in the decision process thank goodness.

I would say some position coaches need to get the axe, too. That has been beat like a dead horse, but I would be majorly disappointed if something were not done with WR's and OL during the offseason.

We need the AD to step in and find out what CPF's plan is to correct the problem. If he has a good plan then give him another year. If not, get him out of there and find a HC that can get us back on track!!!

but doesnt all the assisstant coaches crappy coaching start with the head coach?

he oversees all aspects of the team and has the final say. right?

I agree. It all ultimately goes back to the head coach. My big beef is with Fulmer, that he has let this happen. I don't know if it is being too loyal to assistants, or can't see the forest for the trees, but WR's are horribly coached. Same goes for OL. Have you seen more talent wasted than what was wasted at those two positions this year? He has also grown complacent in practice habits, and it surely shows.

We need a QB. I don't know if Crompton is the man or not, but we need someone. There's no reason for posters to debate RC vs. EA anymore. Neither of them can do anything.

No but we can stop buying those overpriced season tickets and stop our contributions to the Volunteer Athletic fund. I suspect many of the fan leaving Neyland today want drastic changes and are by your definition "idiots"!!!
