College Football's Greatest Rivalries plus mizzou/kentucky tickets

Greetings Vols fans, this may seem random, but anyway, a friend and I decided to create a list of college football's greatest rivalries and will be attending one game per year until we die. This is our inaugural year and we will be coming down from central Iowa for the Alabama game in September. We are looking for any help or information that we can get regarding things to do or see in Knoxville, on campus, around the stadium on game day, parking, where to tailgate, eat, stay, etc. Any info or suggestions is/are greatly appreciated. Also, due to the tickets for Alabama and Florida only being sold in 3 packs, We also have a pair of tickets to the Mizzou and Kentucky games to unload. Mizzou tickets are in section NN, row 12, seats 27 and 28. Kentucky tickets are in section PP, row 21, seats 30 and 31. If seriously interested, feel free to PM me with offers.
