Seriously though, when I first donated I had tickets in Q, about 20 rows up. I had the chance to move down to X1 closer to the field before the season started though. It seems like it would be about the same experience. Have they finished the renovations over near Q?

I've been in Q 2 years now. Thought about going to Row 6 of X1 last year but decided to stay in Q.

I think I miss understood your original statement. I'm not sure if they will allow a $500 donation for a single seat purchase or not. I do know that my best friend, who just graduated from UT, was offered a single seat for a $200 donation which increase over time.

In other news, my family had 5 pairs of seats for 30 years with a $1000 total donation until three years ago.

There are some single season tickets available. As I understand it, you can only choose a single from the "singles." That means you cannot choose 1 from a group of 2 or more to create another single or even leave a pair, etc.

I was able to add a single without any further donation.

I can't donate till middle of march... this is my first year and didn't realize the deadline was so soon. I will call the girl I talked to Friday Lws I am thinking or hopeing if I get it in by the time the tix app. Comes out I will be o.k.
I was reading info at a game last year and they quoted per pair donations....HOWEVER, from what it sounds like, the per seat is half of what was quoted in the literature. In other words, I don't think the donation has gone up, just that you can buy odd numbers of seats now? Was $1k for a pair in north end zone lower deck.

Just got my season ticket renewal via email and postage. This is the first year that I have considered getting away game tickets. I did everything online, and when I went to select my away tickets I noticed they added it to my bill. So of course I was hesitant in getting and didn't. Do they charge you for the tickets even though it is not guarenteed that you will get them, or do they refund you your money if you don't get them? How does that work? Also my rank is around 8700 area. Would I even be close to getting away game tickets (i.e. Georgia) considering my rank? And yes I would contact the ticket office, but I get the feeling nobody that I have talked to in the past knows what they are talking about.

Last year as a first year season ticket holder I got eight Florida tickets and 8 Alabama tickets...together. I don't think it will be a problem until we start winning at a high level again.

Year before that I was able to buy Vandy tickets through the box office.

got my ticket app. I am ranked around 10000 due to first year and donation level of1000, my question is I did not get anything on a parking pass . is it done another way or with the level I am right now do I not qualify? also if I did qualify would it be worth it to get one? I mean if all I would qualify for is a pass in the next county then is it best to just get parking on the day of the games, I don't plan on tailgating this year concidering where we live. So what are you guys opinion ?

Parking applications are later. As to your decision, my opinion will add no value to what you want/need.

They'll send you a map with the parking ares and where your donation level will most likely be able to park.

It's not worth it.

I agree. Either way, I still gotta walk. I think white parking zones are all i'm eligible for, so i don't see the point in paying for one. But the padded seats are worth it IMO. If nothing else, it marks your territory of your seats, so people realize when they're sitting in their seat & part of yours.

Parking passes are also based on donor rank and level. As a first year donor and low in the rankings you'll end up in lot 14 (I've been there 3 years now). There's a train that takes you from the parking area and drops you off next to TBA.

I had chair backs in 2010 and I didn't care for them. I thought they would be awesome, but...meh.

I always park in the Children's Hospital parking garage. The employee one is $10 on game day and the money goes to the hospital. If I can't park there there's a church a little further west that I park at. I spend $70 bucks a year rather than $160, my money goes to good causes, and like you said gotta walk anyway...
