Need help with tickets

Im trying to buy tickets off stubhub and I need to know where rows are before I buy.

In section S and V lower level is row 1 at the bottom or top of the section, and how do you know if it is in the split section above the lower one or not? I cant tell by the pricing if row 45 is better or 16. Also any advice on where is best would be greatly appreciated.

Row 1 is at the field in all sections. The upper deck is double letters (and right over the single letter sections). There are splits all over the stadium. Some are really hot but some are old or fat.

Row 45 might be "dry" (under the upper deck). Row 16 is just a row or so below the "walk in" tunnel level. Both afford great views of the game.
