Man outside of UT bookstore in green Blazer I know I'm bored when asking about THIS. This old man always has a huge stack of tickets he SCALPS. I've seen him with a stack about 5 inches tall. I have bought tickets from him in the past. He can be a little high. What's the story with this dude...he has been out there as long as I can remeber. I know I know...I am very bored and I will continue to post things up until mid August about odd things I have noticed at games...lol!

Some say that when the Vols win, he can be seen floating back up to heaven while blowing numerous trumpets and playing a harp.

He's some old golfer who won the Masters and never played again. It's a sad story really. He just wears the jacket around all day long to remember that day and selling tickets to raise money for his wife and 8 kids.

This guy has been around since the early 70's and he is always fair in buying and selling tickets. No need to bash somebody when you don't know much about them. Very nice man.
