We won't be able to use the departures for extra scholarships... the only way they will help is we will be able to take the max number for next year (some teams can't take the max 25/28 because of the 85 roster limit)...and probably in '12 also...
The max number being 25 enrolled and 28 signed...
If all 25 commits enroll in the fall...we won't be able to back count any for '11... but we will be able to enroll the max of 25 again in '11...
it's kinda confusing but hope this helps...
