He actually talked about visiting after the commitment to LSU. But I think the LSU coaching staff gave him a hard time about taking visits and he cancelled. But you can't teach his size and jumping ability..... |

| Fullerton College (Calif.) offensive lineman John Cullen updated affiliate Web site the current status of his recruitment.
"Right now my No. 1 school is Tennessee," he said. "It is the first school that I have visited. I have taken unofficial visits to UCLA and San Diego State, but Tennessee was my first official and I really enjoyed it. I have never seen SEC Football before in person, and I have never seen a stadium like that."
Cullen, who is holding 14-15 total scholarship offers, also lists Auburn, Oklahoma, Miami-FL, Kansas State and Utah as his other top schools.
"The main thing is do I have a chance to play at that school? And I am looking to get out of California, so distance is not a factor at all. And I want to play in a pro style offense. That is the type of offense that I have played in since high school, and the type of offense that we run at Fullerton," added Cullen.

| T Reed and Hunter both interested according to some reports. I can see no way we get both unless Meline is not coming or is going to be the DB and Dixon is the safety and that is all we take for secondary. |

| Delvin Jones remains committed to Tennessee.
However, until the four-star, Rivals250 standout signs a binding letter-of-intent, nothing is anything close to finalized.
Just ask Jones, who said Tuesday night that he "for sure" plans to visit Ole Miss sometime between now and the start of the signing period in February.
"They're just telling me I can come in and play as a freshman," Jones said. "My friend, Jeff Scott, is committed there and he's talking about going there all the time."

| "He would have to sit out two years before playing and would be a junior."
That doesn't make any sense. He'd sit out one year and would be a sophomore.
...sorry, late to the party. That was about Nuke.

| Miami, Fla., four-star defensive end/athlete Delvin Jones is committed to Tennessee, but Ole Miss, Alabama, Arkansas and Nebraska are very much in the picture.
Jones said Tuesday he's planning to visit Ole Miss, Alabama and Arkansas. Additionally, he definitely plans to take an official visit to Tennessee. He's also considering a trip to Nebraska.
"As of right now, I'm still committed to them, but anything could change between now and signing day," Jones said.

| Those comments by Jones sure sound like that of a prospect who was advised to "explore his other options". I never expected his "commitment" to to mean anything at all, cause he committed without ever visiting. Seems he said yes to the first big school to offer him and that was us. If he leaves, I think we replace him with a better player. From his various comments, he sure doesnt seem like the brightest bulb in the fixture.
