Palardy wasn't #1 on ESPN's list, just everyone else's. He's been at 15 or so the whole time.

Id love to see the 14 kickers who are better. Not to mention that Palardy is an all purpose kicker, punt player.

Good question. I understand that different recruiting services give different ratings to players, but the differences generally aren't that big.

I'd really like to know why ESPN is so VASTLY different from rivals and scout.
