i think the only reason meline is a 3* is because he got hurt last year, could be wrong about that injury though...

but he said "Coach Gran has been recruiting me since I was a sophomore" which means that he hasn't been overlooked

also, per scout "While Meline is listed as a wide receiver, according to Meline the Vols are recruiting him as an athlete."
