| I don't really like our chances, since he didn't meet other players or students. He came during the worst possible time. The staff may have to rally from the #6 spot and try to get him on an official in the fall.
Everyone is saying UNC/Penn State battle, though.

| i dont get the impression that we are third. he likes us, but his visit wasnt incredible for him. i always hear that PSU and UNC lead for the guy, so in my non expert opinion i think its those two and then everybody else tied for third right now |

| Fortt, Redd earn MVP honors at Top Gun Camp - Greenwich Time
Fortt has pared his college choice down to six finalists: Penn State, Georgia, USC, Michigan, Tennessee and North Carolina.
"I've seen my rivals, and everyone else has narrowed down their list and I was the only person who didn't," Fortt explained. "Schools want a verdict. By narrowing it down I can get some schools off my shoulders."
Many have assumed that Fortt will end up joining Redd, one of his closest friends, at Penn State. But Fortt had a great visit at Georgia last month and he said right now a choice between the two would be difficult.
"They are definitely in the lead right now," Fortt said. "I have a lot of family 30 minutes away from Georgia and I loved everything."

| As stated above, Penn State and UGA out front. Quote: |
The Stamford (Conn.) News reported Wednesday that hometown star linebacker Khairi Fortt has narrowed his college choices to six schools, but neither Florida nor Florida State made the list. Fortt, who won the defensive MVP at last week's Top Gun Camp in Paisley, cut his list to Penn State, Georgia, USC, Michigan, North Carolina and Tennessee.

Georgia is not number 3. They are tied for first with Penn State. If you don't want to believe his comments then I don't know what to tell you. I find it interesting that you know more about him than he does. Khairi Fortt.... is that you? |
