I wouldn't count on it. People are just happy because some reliable people have said that it's all but a done deal at this point. There hasn't been a timeline given for his commitment as far as I know.

Theres an article on Espn recruiting page about Elam visiting FSU and Vols after Luc. I'm not an insider so thats all the info I got.

Has that been cleared? That last I read about is that his EE status or what not needed to be cleared first.

Still hasn't been cleared. From what I am hearing he won't commit until around Thanksgiving. If he isn't cleared it could be even longer, but he will be wearing orange come next season.

Good get TC. Thanks for the post.

Done deal is good news, we are hearing that alot. The thing about Luc is that getting his family to sign off is/was sooo much work that I do not think he looks like a decommit guy. A guy like Meline where the staff did not do nearly as much who just leapt is more likely a Cobbs situation than one like Luc where we worked on every family member to get to where he is comfortable.

I read his post yesterday on espn. Again, I'm new to this but he doesn't seem to post much and it is often well after the ship has sailed via google, VN, VQ. He doesn't had much info either. If I see anything posted I on espn, I will paraphrase the findings.
