| Fugate will be a FB. Williams is who my guess we get. Unless a miracle happens and we get Seastrunk.

| Of all the RB film I've seen (which I admit isn't much), Dyer is my favorite..

| Any other time, I'd take Dyer and Seastrunk in a heartbeat, but personally, I think we're at a point of diminishing returns here. If we take on another 5* TB, there IS going to be some serious resentment in the fold...can't get around it. It was part of the reason L. Creer took off, and I remember Travis Henry taking off at one point, for the same reason. We were fortunate enough that his family talked him into coming back...and he was a vital part of our NC season (J.Lewis was injured, if my memory serves me correctly).
We need to be careful not too get greedy here. It's just like groveling at busty babes on the TV and out in public, right in front of the Misses. It communicates to her that she doesn't measure up and that you'd rather be with someone else. These are real people, with real feelings and concerns...not toys to buy and just throw in our toy chest when we're bored with it. |

I would agree with you if we were still recruiting kids that Fulmer liked to caudal. The atmosphere here is about competition. I think those are the kids we attract. USC has a bunch of highly rated RB's, QB's etc. I just think that is the atmosphere we are trying to build here. That is the character of player the coaching staff wants. That is why BJ and Creer are not here. Do we really want those guys leading the team? One thing I will say about Crompton, as bad as he was last year, is he never quit.

There's no reason not to have a lot of good backs. We also don't need guys with the all about me attitude. If they are good enough to play they will play under this staff. Posted via VolNation Mobile
