I think he is pretty intense based on his first speech.
I also read where the players union in the NFL had to step in have him calm down the practices at Raider HQ, |

A guy doesn't work like Kiffin is and then expect less from his players. He's going to expect some physical exuberance when practice starts. |

Chicago fans HATE it, b/c they want all their coaches to be like Ditka.
I do agree, CLK is pretty intense (and thats a good thing for UT)!! |
