But what will be if/when Fulmer is gone? I can see the class falling apart and dropping out of the top 25. Just look at Clemson. Two top 100 guys out hours after Bowden was fired.

We need to keep Fulmer around if dropping him will destroy this class. This class is too good of an opportunity to screw up.

if he is still here next yr we wont be able to use these recruits anyways...phil has to go at any cost....wat recruits do u see leaving i dont feel like to many if we get a head coach in december.

if any recruits commit to us now it has nothing to do with coach fulmer since they kind of know he is on the way out

the reason i said virgina kids is because of clawsons connection to the area....i would love to keep them all and get a new coach, but i just dont see it happening.

Yeah, I'm most worried about those VA guys too. And guys like Giles who has a very good relationship with Drayton.

crazy thought, make Clawson head coach, go and hire a stud OC, keep staff intact, make chavis and slade play tight man coverage, and BLITZ like MOTHERS every FRIGGIN down..........Fulmer gets to hang out wiht Majors, and see what Clawson can do.........if he sucks, he gets one year, and dusted..........

What difference does it make if great recruiting translates to failure on the field. Very weak argument for maintaining the status quo.

I agree...two of the classes we have playing for us right now were top 5 recruiting classes and that's not working out very well for us is it...

Oh and BTW I saw that we were #10 in the most recent Rivals rankings

We might lose a few recruits if Fulmer is gone but the new coach might bring in some recruits too. It's a price worth paying.
