One of my good friends use to live in the East Tennessee area where he played middle school football, when it was time for him to start high school he moved to Atlanta, Ga. to play @ Westlake High School ( home of Adam a.k.a. Pacman Jones ). He moved there because he thought he would get alot more looks & chances to play D1 football. Well he was right. Here is a link to his rival page.

Dearco Nolan - Football Recruiting

He wants to come & play for the Big Orange in K-ville but says Tennessee isnt giving him a big look.

He has been to the Nike Camp on Auburns campus & told me he loves the place & wants to play there, but he is waiting to see if Tennessee will give him a shot or not

Just because he is faster and stronger doesn't mean he is better.

Did i say anything about him being better in that post?? I dont think i did. The previous post were talking about his size so i compared him to Ayers & Brown out of high school.

wish we would recruit more kids like you who would wear the T with pride.

Really! I hope somebody from UT will give him a look.Just his desire to play at UT alone would cause me to give him a serious look.

I hope you hear something from UT Dearco, but if you don't,you seem like you have your crap squared away, and I believe you'll do well no matter where you go.

One of the reasons Westlake linebacker/defensive end Dearco Nolan is leaning toward Mississippi is the way the Rebels play defense.

Nolan was impressed with Ole Miss’s second-half defense in Saturday’s 24-20 loss at Alabama, during which the Rebels came back from a 24-3 halftime deficit.

“They’re hard-nosed,” said the 6-foot-3, 235-pound Nolan, who ran a 4.49-second 40 at the Auburn camp, the second-fastest time among DE’s. “A lot of people say they have the one of the best defenses in the country.”

Nolan also likes North Carolina, which also has offered a scholarship. “They’re a real up-and-coming program,” he said.

Nolan also has offers from Iowa State, West Virginia, Miami-Ohio and Middle Tennessee. He said several other programs have started looking at him, and he thinks he may have a double-digit number of offers by season’s end. In seven games, he has nine sacks and an interception.

“A lot of people are taking notice,” he said. “I’m a play-maker. I always seem to be making plays.”
