There is no better source than the people that associate with him on a daily basis. The bottom line is that it unfortunatly happened but there is still a chance he could wear orange, I don't know Fulmer's policy on that. |

| Hmmm... are we already assuming guilt before a trial? Lets not jump the gun and assume that he's guilty just because he has a penis.

What if he was trying to protect himself and maybe threw his arms up and accidentally hit her in the eye? What if he tried to contain her and while wrestling her to the ground she hit her eye on something solid like a bed post or something. | |

Arrests are typically publicized in local newspapers.

| The have people who are 17 in my local paper who have been arrested. I always look and see if anyone I went to school with has been arrested and have seen 17 year olds in the paper. | |

| I am just reporting what I have been told. DJ's former girlfriend is planning on sueing him. Chances are is that his scholorship relies on the trial unless charges are dropped. Although I don't know Fulmer's policy on recruit's mishaps. | |
