You forgot about Jeff Garcia. Anyway, listing the professional QB's under 6'1 doesn't prove the point. There is a reason that the majority of professional QB's are well over 6 feet tall. Most offensive linemen are well over 6 feet and it benefits the QB to be able to see over the line so they don't have drop back too far or move out of the pocket to get a clear line of sight. Height is not an absolute requirement but it sure does help.

Paul Smith 6'2 Tulsa #4 passing stats last year.
Taylor Tharp 6'2 Boise St #7 passing stats last year.
Pat White 6'2 WVU #9 passing stats last year.
Ben Mauk Cincy 6'1 #11 passing stats last year.
Todd Reesing 5'11 Kansas #14 passing stats last year
Chase Daniel 6'0 Mizzou #15 passing stats last year
Casey Keenum 6'1 Houston#16 passing stats last year.
Rudy Carpenter 6'2 Ariz St#18 passing stats last year.
Caleb Haney 6'2 Colo St#19 passing stats last year

So 9 out of the top 20 passers last year were 6'2 or below. Size doesn't always matter, but it helps.

If I had my choice, I would take 2 DTs. One for offense and one for defense.

Chase Daniel isn't actually 6'. He's more like 5'10".

That's actually what I thought, but ESPN said otherwise.

If he is a dual threat qb, wouldn't you expect him to move out of the pocket? Anyways, I think Malik would play DB or WR at UT IMO.

Moses and Davenport or Lowe and Bonds or some kind of combination of the four.

D.J. Shockley is a backup. Doug Flutie was a journeyman. Drew Brees is actually a very good quarterback. I'll give you that one. Michael Vick was a terrible NFL quarterback, but now he's the best QB in the prison league.

I live about an hour from Mizzou. There are a ton of MU fb fans here and several that have met Daniel up close.
