| In all honesty....Golden is a great talent that should have gone to a smaller school where he could have DOMINATED for 4 years. TSU, Tech, D1 like a Memphis would have been a great fit! He has the game and the speed, but his size hurts him. Great stats at at mid-major or 1AA would have been huge for him!! Come home Golden! | |

Tate did not want anything to do with UT from the start and made it clear so UT didnt even bother.
Chris Jordan was recruited but we never had a chance because he didnt plan on staying here to begin with. He was a transfer student from GA anyway. | |

They have BIG TIME Talent, but get in a situation or school where they don't make an impact. There are ALOT of 1AA players that have BCS talent, some D2 that have the talent. They just did what was best for them! That is my point.
Points like you just made show me and everyone that you don't look at the whole picture. EVERY 3* or higher player should go to the BIGGEST school possible. Right??? Wrong.....it should be based on many factors. Look at the NFL rosters and see how many greats are from "small" schools. Better opportunities lead to better results!
