the Y lost in the championship game over the weekend in conway. leslie had a nice dunk on a kid, and he said he played good. he also said jason shay was there and some other assistants from other schools.

well he really doesnt say who he is leaning toward. i asked him the other day if he was going to trim his list down and he said probably not. he said he is going to tobacco road this summer and that he is going to make his decision before his senior basketball season starts. im still saying that it is gonna come down to nc and tn. but roy williams is recruiting him really hard. he came to about 3 games this past year and leslie talks to him all the time. imo i think pearl needs to get down here and see him. Pearl didnt come to one game this past season. Forbes came to a couple but not pearl. its different when u got a head coach coming to see u instead of an assistant. i think his top 3 is 1. nc 2. tn 3. duke.

Pearl did come to a couple games this season. I know he was at the Hoopfest in Marshall Co., Kentucky. I talked to him before the game.

It sounds like Leslie's recruitment took a backseat this past season to the pursuit of Hopson.

im not sure whether or not memphis even has a chance, but their assistant Derrick Kellogg took the UMASS head job and he was memphis's main recruiter on leslie. so that might hurt them depending on who they hire for the position.

Is he still really big into architecture? I thought I remembered him being interested in it and UT was the only program on his list that had an architecture program.
