| I thought I had read in the paper that they were friends. They live across the state line from each other and just thought it might help. |

| huh Any state in the south says: In order to play sports and be eligible you have to turn 19 after August 1st I believe..So if he was already older than 18 he wouldnt be able to play this coming year..He is 18, I know this for a fact, however he does turn 19 after the cut off date..
Any news on how Jones did at the scrimmage?? |

SP won the scrimmage something like 6-1 so it wasn't like he was needed for the whole thing. I wish I could tell you how he did on Defense as well but I didn't get to go and am only relying on reports to me after the scrimmage.
David is the kind of kid everyone would be glad to have as a part of their team. Aside from his athletic abilities he is a good student which can help with APR. He doesn't get into trouble, there will not be any negative publicity because of him. He is a yes sir, no sir kind of guy, very respectful. From the few times I have talked to his dad he seems to come from a good family with good raising. I hope that UT offers him soon. |
