Rufus Willams Barned & recruiting FLA

I recently read that Rufus Williams may well qualify but the UTK staff is going to somehow renege on the LOI he signed. Is there any truth to this? Can a university even do that to a kid who qualifies and has not done anything wrong? Assuming this happens, and in light of Deshaun's situation, how will this affect future recruiting efforts in the sunshine state? Hoping hv or someone else in the know will respond to this.

Not heard anything except we are still waiting on Rufus, though it looks like he will be going prep. We would make room for him, though. We could greyshirt someone if need be.

It is my belief that having a player named Rufus can only make Tennessee better.

We definitely would make room for Rufus if he made it.... Must be going prep or something.

Rufus will not be at UT this season, he'll either enroll in prep school or JuCo, most likely prep school.
