Tuttle rebuffed interest from USC earlier this year. He's been a longtime Utah commit and someone told me they'd be "stunned" if he even looked around. And yet, he has Tennessee ties. His sister goes to UT and is on the dance team. He attended a game in Neyland earlier this year.
