Most likely as been or will be offered by 1/2 the schools in the country. Offer everyone in a position of need, just fire a shotgun, maybe you will hit something.

Why didn't we offer this kid sooner? I mean he is the #2 TE in the country & #66th ranked recruit overall for 2018.

Yes, we offered Kuntz the #1 TE but he was likely all along to stay up northeast at PSU. Jordan should have been offered way before November of 2016. Likely a low chance in getting him too. hmy: We do have a legit shot though at the #3 TE for 2018 in Ruckert.
