Eagles said he is interested in visiting UT. He's said that he would prefer during a football game but would just love to be on the campus.

If he wants to wait for a game then it's gonna have to be in 2017 for him to wait. I would rather try & get him committed before the 2017 season comes around. Maybe we can get him here for a basketball game at least.

No. He will visit for a game next year. The earliest would be the spring game.
